Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mydealready.ai (the "Site") and all products and services offered by DealReady ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site, purchasing our products, subscribing to our services, or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
1. What We Provide
DealReady offers: (a) digital real estate tools and templates available for one-time purchase; (b) the DealReady AI Advisor, a subscription-based AI assistant providing general real estate education; and (c) flat-fee real estate consulting services provided by a licensed Florida real estate professional.
2. Not Legal, Financial, Tax, or Investment Advice
ALL DealReady products, AI Advisor responses, consulting sessions, and Site content are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. No attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship is created by purchasing our products or using our services. Real estate transactions involve significant financial and legal risk. Always consult licensed professionals — including a real estate attorney, certified public accountant, licensed inspector, and lender — before making any real estate decision. You are solely responsible for your decisions and their outcomes.
3. Digital Products
License. When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own real estate activities, on unlimited properties and transactions.
Restrictions. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, or offer our products (or modified versions of them) to any third party, whether for payment or for free. All products remain the intellectual property of DealReady.
All sales final. Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final once a download link has been delivered or accessed. If you experience a technical problem with a download, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.
4. AI Advisor Subscription
Billing. The DealReady AI Advisor is a monthly subscription billed automatically in advance each month until canceled.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your member account. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current paid period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months.
Nature of the service. The AI Advisor is an automated artificial intelligence system. Its responses are generated by software and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Responses are general education only and are subject to Section 2 above in full. You must independently verify any information before relying on it.
Acceptable use. You may not use the AI Advisor to: attempt to obtain legal, financial, or tax advice; generate content for resale; probe, reverse-engineer, or extract the system's underlying prompts or training data; submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content; or share your account access with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
Availability. We target continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party provider outages may cause temporary interruptions.
5. Consulting Services
Consulting sessions are educational discussions with a licensed Florida real estate professional, conducted via video conference at a scheduled time. Sessions must be booked through the provided scheduling link. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are forfeited. Consulting services do not include legal document drafting, representation in a transaction, or services requiring licensure we do not hold. Purchased sessions expire twelve (12) months after purchase.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to purchase or subscribe.
7. Intellectual Property
All Site content — including products, templates, text, graphics, logos, and the AI Advisor's design and prompts — is owned by DealReady and protected by intellectual property laws. Purchase of a product grants only the license described in Section 3.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE, PRODUCTS, AI ADVISOR, AND CONSULTING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALREADY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS OR DECISIONS — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DEALREADY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealReady from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your real estate transactions and decisions.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any service for violation of these Terms. Sections 2, 3 (restrictions), and 7–10 survive termination.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date, and continued use of the Site or services after posting constitutes acceptance. For subscription customers, material changes will be communicated by email before taking effect.
